Jessica Lanning, Principal
A former practicing attorney, Jessica Lanning has been in financial services for a decade, assisting clients increase their assets through managing debt, maximizing equity, and investing in real estate. She received her BA with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her JD from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Certified Mortgage Consultant, the highest professional designation conferred by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. She has also served as an expert witness.
Jessica teaches continuing education courses on equity management and asset protection strategies to Certified Financial Planning® professionals, life insurance agents, attorneys, and certified public accountants. She has spoken to hundreds of consumers and real estate investors. Jessica delivers engaging and information-packed presentations that empower attendees with knowledge to enhance their financial futures.
Jessica lives in San Francisco with her husband and two kids. She enjoys running, yoga, and dance.
